I've seen Chintha in action. Whether as an employee or a boss her radical but subtle leadership was prominent. She managed to break many theories, beliefs in many fields of work, you name - management, communications, small enterprise development, art & drama, mental health. We followed with reluctance at the beginning, but got better and amazing results. People who got empowered because of her didn't know even how they got empowered.
