We, with many years of experience in the sectors of development and
media launched this venture in 2007 with a social objective of ensuring
active participation of unemployed youth and senior citizens to explore
solutions to problems they are challenged with, while building local
human resource base for effective service delivery and designing community-led
approaches towards a positive change.
Moving away from conventional practices to development, we practice
resource pooling as the best way to resource mobilization. The thinking
behind laymen'sden is that every layperson has the ability to contribute
to the development process with dignity and ability, provided that they
are accepted, respected and their hidden talents & skills identified
and utilized.
